He has had hands-on experience in developing a robotic, fully automatic, clean, and dust-free manufacturing unit for a 1.2 GW solar PV module manufacturing facility. He has also dipped his toes in different technologies of Silicon Solar cells and CIGS Thin-film Solar Cells in accordance with IEC, UL, BIS, and ALMM norms. Mr. Ray is a pioneering partner in the fields of Budget Management & Control, Process management, Financial Management (Planning and Forecasting), Strategic Planning, Project Management, Change Management, and Risk Management across multiple renewable-based industries, business domains, technologies, and geographies. He has a strong knowledge of governance, Risk, and Compliance relevant to the market and has incredible leadership skills for managing various stakeholders

Mr. Nirmal Kumar Sengar (Vice President – Projects and Utilities) is a senior operations and utility professional with 33+ years of experience in SPV cells and forward integrated manufacturing. He excels in streamlining utility operations, driving improvements, and enhancing productivity through proactive planning and best practices. Skilled in utility purchasing, project management, cost optimization, and vendor relations, he leads teams towards growth and efficiency. As the Head of the Integrated Facility at GREW, he oversees the end-to-end process from ingots and wafers to modules for phase 3, from conception to completion.
