As the sun sets on 2024, we at GREW reflect on a year of remarkable achievements, transformative milestones, and impactful initiatives that brought us closer to a sustainable future. This year was not just about reaching new heights; it was about laying the groundwork for an even brighter tomorrow. From advancing renewable energy solutions to fostering meaningful collaborations, 2024 was a year of action and purpose. At GREW, sustainability is at the core of everything we do. In 2024, we made significant strides in renewable energy production and adoption. Our Jaipur manufacturing facility achieved an extraordinary milestone, producing over thousands of solar PV modules in a single day, proof of our commitment to efficiency and innovation. This achievement set the stage for another remarkable feat: surpassing the one million modules manufacturing milestone, further solidifying our position as the youngest and fastest growing company in the solar energy sector.
Our partnerships also underscored our dedication to sustainability. Grew won the largest contract of 200 MW in Solar Energy Corp. of India’s (SECI) 400 MW solar PV module auction mandating us to test, package, forward, supply and transport the solar PV modules to project locations anywhere across India. Our module supply agreements with key energy plant developers represent how we’re working with industry partners to advance India’s clean energy goals. These milestones are not just numbers, they represent tangible progress toward a greener planet.
In 2024, GREW expanded its presence on the global stage, connecting with stakeholders and showcasing our innovations at some of the most prestigious industry events in the USA and Europe. From Smarter E India in Gandhinagar to InterSolar Europe 2024 in Munich, and from RenewX 2024 in Hyderabad, REI Expo 2024 in Greater Noida to the RE+ 24 in Anaheim, USA, each event was an opportunity to exchange ideas, forge partnerships, and reaffirm our commitment to driving renewable energy adoption worldwide.
Closer to home, our CONNECT events in Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Ahmedabad brought together industry leaders, customers, and partners to discuss the future of solar energy. These events highlighted GREW’s role as a catalyst for meaningful dialogue and collaboration within the renewable energy ecosystem.
This year, GREW’s relentless pursuit of excellence was recognized on multiple platforms. We were honored with the "Next Gen Solar PV Module Manufacturer of the Year Award" and celebrated as "Asia’s Rising Star" at the Asian Brand and Leadership Conclave 2024. These accolades reflect our achievements and the collective effort of our dedicated team and valued partners.
Our employees also shone brightly, with several team members recognized at SolarQuarter’s Leaders Under 40 Awards. Their contributions are a cornerstone of our success, and we take immense pride in their accomplishments.
2024 was a year of breakthroughs in research and development. Our collaboration with IIT Bombay marked a significant step toward advancing solar technology. This partnership is evident of our commitment to innovation and positions us to lead the next wave of renewable energy solutions.
From enhancing the efficiency of solar PV modules to exploring new technologies, our R&D efforts this year have been focused on creating solutions that not only meet today’s needs but also anticipate future challenges. As we look forward, we remain steadfast in our mission to push the boundaries of what’s possible in renewable energy.

Our internal celebrations, including Women’s Day, Ganesh Chaturthi, Chiripal
Group Sports Fest, Navratri, Foundation Day of Chiripal Group, and Men’s Day brought our teams closer, fostering a culture of collaboration and camaraderie. These events are a testament to the people who make GREW what it is - a collective of passionate individuals committed to a shared vision.
Every milestone has a story, and at GREW, we’re proud to celebrate the narratives that drive our success. Whether it’s the dedication of our teams working tirelessly to meet production targets or the trust of our clients that fuels our growth, these stories are the heartbeat of our journey.
One such story is our participation in the REI Expo 2024, where we not only showcased our innovations, sponsored events, engaged in panel discussions and got a resounding victory for Pledge a Tree. We planted more than 1400 trees at our Jaipur unit as pledged.
As we wrap 2024, we’re already looking ahead with optimism and determination. The year to come promises new challenges and opportunities, and we’re ready to face them with the same passion and purpose that defined this year.
Our vision for 2025 includes expanding our production capabilities, deepening our commitment to sustainability, and continuing to foster innovation through collaborations and partnerships.
